“The Sea is Calling You” organizes sailing adventures for people who want to feel more inspired and stretched in their personal and/or professional lives. You will go on a journey that will enable you to step outside your familiarity zone and thus step into a greater leadership role in your life.

Sailing and Leadership will teach you about the winds, the navigation with the stars, the flora and fauna of the seas and how to reach the target by following the rhythms of nature.

Those will be 7 days of exploration, fun, diving, fishing, swimming, team work, cooperation and self-discovery!

We will be sailing to different Greek Islands, preparing our own food, contemplating the sea and practicing personal leadership! Come and join us!

In 2009 there are two 7 day “Sailing and Leadership” seminars and one 7 day “Sailing & Photography” exchange with the photographer Kalina Krasteva – Brailsford that will take place in Aegean Sea/ Greek islands as follows: 29 August – 4 September 2009, Sailing and Leadership I 5 – 11 September 2009 – Sailing and Leadership II 12 – 18 September 2009 – Sailing and Photography
